Web Browser to Single Camera View

Is there a way to have a webpage access a single particular DVR channel

or camera?

 

I have a Swann DVR -- 3000 series with eight cameras. I'd like to use the

active video of one of the cameras to be dedicated to a part of a webpage.

 

Even better, to allow this while not affecting any other uses of the DVR

or other cameras.

 

Any way to do this?
