Help ID This DVR. Need Default Password

Mr. Customer lost his manual in the remodel and naturally needs to access his DVR. No useful markings or labels and I cannot find who I bought this from near the turn of the century. I know the password is still the default--I just cannot find it and all the usual numerical ones are not the right ones. Any help?

Have you tried removing the cover and looking for any serial numbers or part numbers? They are often times printed inside the case.

have you tried open the DVR cover?

Try jumper the pin in main board (reset pin)

Unit will be replaced with ACTi system next week. I'll try that and advise. Thank you.
