Covert Pinhole Lens Focal Length vs FOV

I would like to know is it possible to design a pinhole lens with a high focal length and a higher then its equivalent FOV ? Yes it is possible to have a high focal length pinhole camera as I have discovered from overseas suppliers and designers. But I cannot find out whether you can have the following:

 

1. Focal length 30mm

2. FOV 25 degrees

 

Can the above combination be designed even at some cost ?

Yes it is possible. For anyone else interested one would need a bigger sensor i.e. 2/3" or 1" according to the formula found on the wikipedia site.
