Dome Camera fault at power on

Hi All,

 

I am helping a local charity which uses several DR-E588 G3C cameras in their CCTV installation.

 

One of them has developed a fault at power on. The following message is displayed:

 

FASTRAX IIL V1.03

CAMERA TYPE: HT-22DP

ID:0004 4800BPS AUTO

WAIT DOME SETTING

TILT SENSOR ERROR

PRESS ENTER KEY TO CONTINUE

 

The camera is PTZ controlled over coax from a DVR, so I have no way to press the enter key.

 

Can you suggest what I might do to fix this problem please? Does something need replacing or repairing?
