Vivotek SD8362 -- Can't Set Motion Detection Windows

I hope this is the correct forum for this, but I just installed a Vivotek SD8362. I was able to do most of the configuration I wanted, but I cannot set the motion detection windows. When I try, it pops up the little red box that I am supposed to position and/or stretch to the desired spot. However, it doesn't allow me to do either. I can close the box, but not move/stretch it. This works fine, though, on my other Vivotek cameras (e.g. PZ7111).

 

Any ideas would be welcome.
