IVMS is not enough for hikvision dvr

Hey guys.

 

I got few sites with hikvision dvr installed, the client has a security control room and there is IVMS 4200 installed there.

 

the IVMS 4200 & 4000 interface uncomfortable especially when doing playback and trying viewing event`s.

 

is there any other software that can control all hikvision products ( NVR & DVR ) ?

ARE you kidding? I just sold three Hikvision DVRs to a company on the strength of the IVMS 4200 software and its simplicity and the fact that they can add any number of DVRs and IP cameras in a single interface.

ivms 4200 is OK, and i guess the company needs that have 3 sites is not the same as 12 sites.

 

the security officer used to work with a Magic radar software its a very friendly interface specially in the playback menu , for example with ivms 4200 there is NO rewind option at the playback menu.

 

for example:

3Xlogic dvr based on hikvision pci card. but as far as I know they don't support Hikvision DVR standalone in their remote client

anyways, anyone know if there is NVR software that support also Hikviion standalone dvr products?

 

and btw, i'm from Israel.
