sunkinodaps 0 Posted August 3, 2013 New here and to camera setup. I have 2 PTZs 1 is a cyberdome and the other is a cd56nvir. I just purchased a new sony fcb ex1010p camera and have tried it in both units. The picture is fine and on power-up goes through self test and I can see the camera zoom move in and out. I am unable to control the zoom, iris or camera features. As I said the picture is fine but I can not zoom and the day night function is not turning on the IR. I was wondering if I need to in some way initialize the camera or set the camera id. Can anyone help? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
