H.264 Keep Crashing after power failure

I had a power trip recently and now my H.264 DVR doesn't lists the Hard Drive, I have hooked the hard drive externally and checked its fine, but the DVR wont show it

 

What should I do? tried reset etc. but no luck

I would say try reformatting the hard drive once you put it in the DVR.
