360mk2 0 Posted August 11, 2013 Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of Checkpoint Clarity Concept III systems. I work for a large retailer and we were told we could keep our old system but would not receive any tech support. Fast forward to today one of my lovely new guys hit the service button, everything went black so i reset the system and we have video but we cant move the cameras. SteveFungYu 0 Posted January 14, 2014 after u reset the PTZ, u may have to re-configure ur ptz on dvr setting which is the address and protocol, so u can control the ptz or preset for ptz Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
