Avtech Network Backup Question - Resolution

I have a question regarding network backups with an 8ch dvr from avtech (dvr AVC796B), if anyone would have some insight. I'm currently away from my office, and I urgently need to make some backups of recorded video - therefore, over the network. I am able to backup the video from the VideoViewer software, but when making network backups, the resolution comes through at 352x288. I record with FRAME, not CIF and am able to view the 704x576 size when viewing the live recording, yet making the backups results in the shrunken size. The info says FRAME, so I know it is recording in the correct format, yet with a smaller resolution. I was wondering if the software allows for making such backups with the full 704×576 resolution. Thanks for the help!
