bibox 0 Posted August 14, 2013 Hi, So basically I need an idea on how to design the network of IP Camera system in a 15-floor typical building. Do I need to install a Switch and patch panel on each floor? Should I connect each switch directly to the core switch using fiber optic or can I just loop the connection to the switches in each floor? The are around 8-10 IP cameras on each floor.
