walk in freezer IP cameras

hello everyone

 

i need your help and i really appreciate sharing your experience with me, i have a small project to implement a cctv system inside a walk in freezer this system should do the following

 

1- monitor 24\7 and in dark

2- the camera should be IP and i prefer a PoE one

3- the camera should not get foggy when the doors open and keep working under -30C

4- temperature sensor should be integrated with the camera to monitor the freezer temperature and i would like to monitor internal temperature as well

5- the DVR should be able to send notification in case of motion or changes of the temperature of the walk in freezer

 

any advice?
