Softrax 0 Posted August 20, 2013 Geovision has stopped TVOut support on their capture cards and are now suggesting the use of Digital Matrix instead. I want to have a TV monitor located about 30 metres away from the DVR in another room. Previously I would have used an RG59 cable with BNCs. How should I do that now? My understanding is that I need a long VGA cable, and set it up as a second monitor on the DVR. Maybe I should use VGA extenders over cat5 cable?? Or is there a better option?
