Ceiling Outdoor PoE camera recommendations

Turning to the experts here since there are way too many choices out there.

 

I have run Cat6 to a soffit outside (the side of the house is brick and I don't want to destroy it). That was the easy part. I'm now lost in the myriad of cameras available. Does someone here have some recommendations? Here are some requirments:

 

• Primarily a door/mailbox pointed camera - However, I'd like to get a wider field of view if possible.
  
• PoE
  
• Should be able to withstand North East US temperatures
  
• Not break the bank (around $200)
  
• Have ability to stream to smartphones.
  
• Day/Night

 

I found this camera - I'm not sure how good this is:

A dome version of this here I think would be a good choice.

It has a 2.8mm lens which gives a good wide angle view.

I was worried about the bullet one because I wasn't sure if there was a way to rotate the image 180 degrees. The camera will be mounted to the ceiling and will be upside down.

Either version can have the image flipped internally in the camera. The software is the same.
