NV-DVR Software -- No Avermedia Support?

Hi!

 

I'm an IT Specialist for a liquor store chain, and I recently upgraded their POS and OS software to Windows 7 64-bit. Their previous IT person didn't leave any of their software at the stores when he installed the PCs and cameras, so now I'm having to scramble to find out what the CD key is for the DVR software. I know it's NV-DVR by Avermedia, but when I tried installing the software, it wouldn't progress without the key. I've called the IT guy, and of course he never called me back. I emailed AverMedia who directed me to the proper support email address, and they've never emailed me back.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions or have I exhausted my support avenues?
