AVTech DVR 4H3 Download failure

Hi,

I'm a newbie and my english is bad, but i need some help Maybe, you can help me?

 

I've recently got an AVTech DVR 4H3 and i use it 95% successfully. I also use the software i got with the DVR for remote access.

 

I can record remotely in "real time" (files are saved on my hd in c:\tempvideo (or somtehing like this)

I can read this sequences without any problems on my remote computer so i can't believe about problems with some "port opening " parameters on my livebox

BUT

After using a query (for ex: on motion detection ) and getting the list of evenements, i can't download any file remotely (on double clic on the choosen line or by clicking on the "download" button.

The message "Echec de télégargement" that i can translate "donwnlaod failure" appears and noting other appends.

 

Something more (maybe interresting)

at the launch of the remote access software, the computer shows 2 kinds of msg :

- the first one : "xml file not found" (it appends only once)

- the second one : " Echec de relecture" (i translate it : "re-reading failure") (it is shown 6 or 7 times before the software starts)

can it be another track?
