Networking DVR (FIOS)

I set up my dvr with its internal "ddnscenter.com"

I set it on my router as 192.168.1.xxx

i opened up the ports 5445, 5446 and 8010

 

it worked fine for a while then it stopped when the dynamic IP changed. when you do the ddnscenter.com in the DVR, do you have to configure it inside the router so when the IP changes it changes with it?
