fdpalma 0 Posted August 27, 2013 Hello All! Thanks for the opportunity to be here. Please, I'm from Brazil and last year we've added a camera with PTZ here at the office. However, we moved to a new address and brought with us the equipment. Since we reinstalled everything, when I power on this camera, it stands for hours on a bluescreen stating "home teaching ... tilt"... then, about a DAY after it starts to show the real image and declares that the process of home teaching tilt FAILED. I tried to power off and power it back on several times but with no success. The image also appears to be upside down. Could it be an installation problem? Could it be installed wrong by the technician? Here is the screen: Regards,
Ramellan 0 Posted August 29, 2013 Usually this type of error means there is something wrong with the motor. It could be that the camera was damaged in the move. Usually when a PTZ is powered up, it will check it's own functions and give you a success or fail message. I believe the only solution is to get a new one to replace this one.
