Sunluxy 4ch DVR cant access

Hi,

 

I have a Sunluxy SLDVR4-4600 DVR system and after installing at work i went on holiday for three weeks and someone has kindly fiddled with it and set a password which I do not know. I have searched the internet and all of the suggestions i have found have not worked.

I cannot find a reset button on the mother board or a chip resistor near to T5/T6 that i can short on power up and I have also removed the battery and power overnight and still no luck.

 

Has any one got any idea on how to reset the DVR i dont care about any footage that is on there just want to be able to change the settings

Hi guys. I have the same password problem and the support page on the Sunluxy webpage has the same url as their main page. Guess they never intended offering support. I changed the password yesterday and i have not forgotten the password. It just doesnt work after power cycling. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
