Fitted 6 cameras and get a call back from customer to say the images are not very good , when I get to site to look at the cameras , they all have condensation in them , they were all brand new from systemq (uk) last week .

They are external dome types with ir illumination , ( the usual type of thing) , I haven't split the camera shells so I can only assume they have been assembled in a high humidity environment, and then after the cams have warmed up a bit the condensation is forming?

Any body else encountered this before ?

I had the same problem with that style of camera (maybe not the same manufacturer) a while back. Unscrew the centre glass covering the lens and let it dry out, then replace. I had no further problems with it.
