Change RTSP port on Hikvision Camera?

Hello, I am very familiar with port forwarding.... but I cant seem to change the rtsp port on this hikvision camera.

 

There is no error when I change it from 554 to 3005 or whatever...

It saves and restarts.

Then I forward the port in the router.... but the port still shows closed when I scan it or try to stream through it.

 

I can change it on all my dahua cams with no problem.

 

Anyone run into this before?

You do not say if after you restart, the port changed is still changed. There is no magic here, on Hikvision IP cameras you change the RTSP port the same way you can change web and data port, I have done it many times with no problems.
