CNM Secure menu not showing

I own a CNM Secure Salva DVR with 4 cameras and a 250 GB HDD.

It’s being working well 24/7, until last week.

Now, when I power up the DVR, It now starts loading the software, and then, It displays the 4 pictures live from the cameras, and the bottom menu appear for less than 2 seconds … And then disappears, and software turns irresponsive (not responding to mouse clicks, or remote buttons).

 

Trying to access using the CMS200 app also does not work. Not even the active X, via direct access to http url.

 

Any ideias?

Any way to reset everything to default factory settings ?
