dmoore 0 Posted September 23, 2013 I have a need to output a JPG file, via FTP, to an intranet site in a specific format and directory OR make the JPG avaiaible via HTTP (download.) The problem is that the cameras (Dahua) can't seem to do that (weird directory structure, unable to change it) and the NVR solution can't siphon off frames into JPG files either - only a ActiveX based web interface. The little Dahua trick of pulling the snaps from the camera also doesn't work with the newest firmware. So, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a tool that can take an RTSP stream (either from the camera or the NVR) and then "transform" it into either a snap shot saved off into a directory (it doesn't have to FTP it) OR if it can present the JPG as a download via a HTTP interface.
