Mobile Application problem on my DVR

Hello I have 2 dvr's but are on different location, they are on the same brand and I can view my both dvr on web browser. My problem is only the 1st DVR I can only view on the mobile app and not my 2nd DVR.

 

This is my setup:

1st DVR(Lan cable) to Router.

2nd DVR(Lan cable) to Router (DHCP disabled) to Main Router (DHCP enabled)

 

My 2nd DVR have two routers because the dvr are too far on the main router.

 

 

1st DVR IP: 58.71.xxx.xx:9000

2nd DVR IP: 112.200.xx.xx:9000

 

Both have the same port at the end.

 

On the mobile application I test in both 1st dvr and 2nd dvr if I can put the port in the end of the IP xx.xx.xxx.xx:9000 and its not working only the IP that needs to be input not the port.

 

My 1st dvr and 2nd dvr have the same control port and data port. I already checked the control port and data port of my 2nd dvr( they are on default 67, 68 respectively) but still not working it says "Connect Failed". What seems to be the problem?

Check your port forwarding for the DVR you cannot access on your phone. Use canyouseeme.org to make sure your ports are open

and can see your DVR. If canyouseeme.org says it CAN see your service, than check the settings in your mobile app.

My ports are open on my second dvr I can view them on web browser/mobile browser but NOT on the mobile application. I've already checked the settings on the mobile app "data port" and "control port" and put the right values in the settings on the mobile application but still I cannot view on the app.
