capz 0 Posted September 28, 2013 I picked up an avigilon 5mp on eBay (I know I know don't judge). It was brand new in box. It does not power on over POE. Switch is good, correct class I believe (15w per port). Switch works fine with other cameras. The avigilon powers on and works fine over 24v ac. Anyone run into this with avigilon or other cameras? thewireguys 3 Posted September 28, 2013 Try using the reset button on the camera. I have been told that sometimes this can fix the issue if not it will have to be sent back. Normally you would receive an advanced replacement but since you purchased this on ebay you might be SOL. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
