JoeLansing 0 Posted September 30, 2013 I just ordered a pair of DS-2CD3332-I. One 4MM and one 6MM. They just say NTSC/PAL in the description. Is there an internal setting to choose what mode it runs in? Crazy buying from China makes me worry sometimes. I couldn't pass up the $118 and free shipping though. http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-shipping-HD-new-Day-Night-Dome-Network-IP-Camera-DS-2CD3332-I-support-power-supply/1242614997.html They told me they would have 5.0+ firmware on them at least. This is my first try at IP cameras. I also got an 8 port GB POE switch. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833156419. I'll probably try the cameras out stand alone before I buy Blue Iris. I want to see how functional just having them stream to an NFS share on my network is. - Joe
johnair 0 Posted September 30, 2013 Most Europe countries supports NTSC mode, Some Asia countries like China,India,Pakistan etc use pal mode so you can just use your ip camera, if it can play in your country, then it's the pattern in your place.
