Help please with Factory reset of 8 channel Sunluxy

Hi all, please can someone look at my pictures and let me know where on my mother board i need to short out for a factory reset

I have searched the site and seen about the T5 and T6 links, but i can't find them on my board, I have lost the password for the settings, i just can't remember what it is.
