GV 8.5.0 DSP OVERLAY Is Missing.

Hello, when I go to:

AV Settings... DSP OVERLAY is not there so I can check it.

 

Anyone know what may be going on?

 

This is on windows 7 - 32 bit.

Have you tried re-installing it on a different copy of Geovision System V 8.4 or 8.5? I've had similar issues, and I couldn't pin it down to whether it was the OS or the corrupted files in the GV system itself because sometimes my customers play with the file system and everything wasn't where you normally had installed it.

 

I solved these issues by formatting then re-installation.
