ionasjj 0 Posted October 2, 2013 Hello, I'm trying to connect my dvr for remote viewing but I dont know how to do it. I already have a dyn.com account paid for 1 year. I am getting internet to a Thomson router, then it sends wireless to a D-Link router which converts to lan and connects to a TP-Link router then thru lan it connects to the DVR. How to do it? Securame 0 Posted October 2, 2013 First, make sure you can connect to your DVR from network, try to use a computer connected with cable on your internet (Thomson) router. If that works, you will need to forward the needed ports from the Thomson router to the D-Link router; then again from the D-Link router to the TP-Link router; and then from the TP-Link router to your DVR. I wonder why so many routers in there, do you have more things connected on the D-Link and TP-Link routers besides the DVR? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
