Help with Designing a new system

Hi

 

I just need a little help in designing my home CCTV system, what i want to be able to do is

 

A) when a motion detection is activated have a tv automatically switch to the feed which has registered the detection

B) when a motion detection is activated have my tablet ipad or galaxy automatically connect to the feed

 

Are these a possibility or am i living in a sci land

A) Would be nice, no idea how to implement.

B) Easy. Install Blue Iris server and then add wireless devices (ipad, galaxy). You can add certain cams so you are notified with motion. It is not a text, but a direct message to your phone. Very cool.
