aldobordi 0 Posted October 10, 2013 Hi All, I am trying to set up my budget CCTV system, with used Honeywell HRDP4F250 DVR and two Samsung SCP-2120 PTZ camera. Everything works, except for a essential function: I cannot access the camera's OSD menu, so I cannot modify any of the camera setting. I tried several PTZ protocols, the pan/tilt/zoom/preset commands work, so it's not a communication problem. In the DVR menu the camera OSD option is grayed out, like if it's disabled, and in the pc software clicking on it just has no effect. Any idea on how to solve this?
