intermittent network connection

Hi.. anyone can help me regarding my IP camera.

 

problem:

 

-intermittent network connection when connected to switch

-camera is okay when connected directly

-UTP cable is okay

 

I already tried to re-terminate the cable but problem still occurs.

Other cameras which has the same model in the same switch is okay.
