Connection Fail on remote access with I-Smart Viewer

Hi Guys,

 

Newbie

 

Trying to connect remotely to my HX-16 Eyemax DVR unit. I-Smart Viewer comes back with "connection failed" every time.

 

What's more, it's not working at all now for days, but BEFORE, it worked randomly and for no reason would stop and then restart working... no idea why.

 

Using ATT router in my business.

I have the same problem, I am sure that Port forwarding was configured correctly (tested with canyouseeme.org)

 

I can access the DVR HX-16 v2 using web interface on port 80, then when I try to connect using I-Smart Viewer with a Samsung Note 3 on port 9091, I always get "Login fail"
