Which NVR and outdoor cameras.

I am putting together a system for a customer using 16 2.0mp IP cameras.

 

I am using 9 of these for indoors:

I have yet to decide on 7 outdoor cameras. They do need to be 2.0mp varifocal with IR. I am unsure as to which ones to buy.

 

Also, i'm looking for a 16ch nvr that will run at least 4tb worth of drives and is simple to setup and use. PoE is not necessary as the switches will provide power to the cameras.

 

I have lots of experience with analog cameras and systems but not very much experience with IP cameras. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I forgot to mention I would like for the NVR to be capable of 240fps/1080p recording.
