I'VE CONFIGURED IT FOR REMOTE CONNECTION AND I VISUALIZE CORRECTLY THE CAMERA'S IMAGE FROM ANY PC LOCATION CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. THE PROBLEM ARISES WHEN I TRY TO VIEW THE CAMERA'S IMAGES ON MY PHONE SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 THROUGH THE ANDROID'S APPLICATION GANZVIEWFULL. I CONFIGURED THE APPLICATION BUT WHEN I ATTEMPT THE CONNECTION THE PROGRAM RETURN CONNECTION FAILED. COULD BE A PROBLEM OF COMPATIBILITY BETWEEN DVR AND APPLICATION, OR BETWEEN APPLICATION AND PHONE , OR A SPECIAL PROCEDURE TO DO? IS THERE A A METHOD TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE? You will find it here, on the right side under "Software": http://en.cbc-cctv.com/products/recording-equipment/digimaster-hrd-dvr/ Did you test it via UMTS or also when S2 is connected to a WLAN?
