jeromephone 6 Posted October 28, 2013 I have two geovision system on I7 win 7 boxes with 8 gig ram. latest software Systems are only a couple of months old. I am having problems with the geovision system hanging up I get a frozen screen and have to do a hard reset of the system as even the ctl alt del will not work. I see nothing in the system log these systems have 12 and 18 Geovision IP cameras on them so they are not maxed out. Both are on battery backup and I have the power setting to never go to screen saver and never power down the Harddrives. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
GEOguy 0 Posted November 8, 2013 Sounds like a problem I have encountered before. Honestly the best thing with something like this is to contact USA visions and use the chat line. If they can't help you then with chat then tell them you want to talk to tear two techs and usually they will help and get you in contact with someone who can help.
