Help with Hikvision DS-2CD2132-I

I have evidently screwed something up while configuring the 2132 ip address. Does anyone know how to restore the original settings on this? Is there a reset switch somewhere? I can't find it inside. I'm unable to get to the configuration tool on the web (it's not finding it). I installed a 2032 bullet with no issues but this one is driving me insane. I can access it on the IVMS on my Mac but not on the web.

You can set the IP address using the IVMS tool.

Yea, I can do that, it just doesn't connect in the web browser. I created a port in my 2wire also, but I still can't access it via web browser to get into the config tools. I can see the camera in the IVMS and it works fine, it just won't show up in the web browser.

in ivms, goto remote configuration and using that menu, reset defaults to the camera

It's easier to run SADP, lists all camera regardless of the IP address and you can change it on the fly. Also, if you disconnect the camera, hold the reset button at the same time plug it in for about 16 seconds it should reset it to 192.0.0.64.

Ok, I got it running now. I forgot to forward the 554 and 80 ports. rebooted my pc, and it works. Thank you for the help!
