HD-SDI max. cable lenght

What kind of cable would you recommend when installing HD-SDI cameras?

And what are the max. leghts?

Hi typically you can use RG59 or pre-made cables designed for HD-SDI.

 

Distance is about 200-300 ft...after that you will have to get a HDSDI extender, but it requires another power source for the extender..then it get be extended another 300 ft.
