Stand Alone CCTV system

Hi,

 

I am undertaking a house demolition project and would like to surveil it through CCTV. However since this is demolishing my own home, I'd have to use one of the opposite side neighbour's houses to install CAMs to look at the workers.

 

Does there exist some sort of battery operated weather proof box that incorporates a camera (good quality not needed and night vision either) that then either stores all the recorded footage or else sends it through WIFI or something similar?
