paupar 0 Posted November 20, 2013 Hey everyone, I currently have a POE switch and a D12 and don't have the slightest clue how to even connect to the camera itself. Are there any links I can read or anyone have an idea? I can see the camera light up but I can't get it to connect to my computer and the IP address doesn't pull anything up. buellwinkle 0 Posted November 21, 2013 Mobotix come from the factory with a random fixed IP and it's on a label on the camera. If download mxcontrolcenter you can add cameras, it displays the cameras it finds, even if it's not in your subnet and you can change it there to your subnet, maybe 192.168.1..... Usually they are in the 10. subnet. Then connect via a browser using the IP address you chose and the userid is admin, the default pw is meinsm. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
