Wiring problem

I have a cat5 jack problem with one of my cameras,

 

It's a Hikvision DS-2CD2112-I.

 

One of the pins came loose from the jack.

 

Could I cut the pigtails and put on another jack?

In theory, yes. They appear to be about 26 gauge when I took the camera apart but felt soft so good chance they are stranded, if it is, make sure you get a jack that's compatible with stranded wire.

I cut the pigtail and crimped on a rj45 plug and it works.
