survtech 0 Posted December 7, 2013 Are the camera and server on the same subnet and have you set the server's address as the gateway in the camera?

jong143 0 Posted December 8, 2013 my cameras are connected in one switch and subdivided into two networks going through the NSR-500 server. for example i have ip add of 192.168.1.5 and 192.168.1.6 these IP are divided from one switch network going to my NSR-500 server. 192.168.1.5 is configured connected 5 cameras 192.168.1.6 is configured connected 5 cameras My server only can detect cameras connected to 192.168.1.5 which is only 4 camera detected and 1 camera is not. Whereas 192.168.1.6 cannot detect the camera connected to it. I ping these two IP and it is giving reply..I checked also my LAN cables and it is OK.
survtech 0 Posted December 8, 2013 Try a hard reset at each camera. There should be a button.
