static Ip not detecting

Recommended Posts

hello, I have my Sony NSR-500 server. I also have static IP address for my sony cctv camera. My problem is I cannot detect the IP of camera and sometimes it is detecting the IP and sometimes it is lost..

I have two Ip address from the network connected to my NSR-500. When I ping the IP address it gives a reply. Only the problem is the camera IP address it is sometimes detecting and sometimes is lost.

Checked also the LAN cable connectivity via LAN tester and it is OK.

What should be the problem of this... Help please....

my cameras are connected in one switch and subdivided into two networks going through the NSR-500 server. for example i have ip add of 192.168.1.5 and 192.168.1.6 these IP are divided from one switch network going to my NSR-500 server.

192.168.1.5 is configured connected 5 cameras

192.168.1.6 is configured connected 5 cameras

My server only can detect cameras connected to 192.168.1.5 which is only 4 camera detected and 1 camera is not. Whereas 192.168.1.6 cannot detect the camera connected to it.

I ping these two IP and it is giving reply..I checked also my LAN cables and it is OK.
