Aren't they both simply a repackaging of Hikvision? So in that case, why would I go with the Swanns over the Q-See considering Swann is $25 more per camera? I received the Swann HD's and tested them last night by programming the IP. My mind is seriously blown. I'm SOOOOOooo happy to say never again to Foscam, Trendnet, Hoocam, Tenvis, and all those other cheaper brands!!!

buellwinkle 0 Posted December 13, 2013 The difference is $50, can't go wrong with either one. I would personally get the 3MP Hikvision version, get the extra pixels and pay in-between the $299 and $349, save the sales tax and have lens choices.

Where do you usually go for the cheapest pricing for Hikvision?
