Can access feed through wan ip, no video

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have a qc304 with two cameras, and a Cisco DPC3825 router/modem combo. When I enter in the lan ip, 192.168.1.10:85, I can login and see the feed fine. However, when I try to access it remotely (different network completely), I can login, but the feed just has to quicktime loading screen or a blank screen. I ran the startup wizard and everything was "successful", so I don't know what the problem is. I'm sure internet connection speed isn't an issue either. Let me know if more information is needed.

Thanks!

How are you handling your public IP

DDNS?

HTTP?
