iOS push notifications for external alarm activations

Does anyone have experience using Synology, Blue Iris, or another mobile app to receive iOS push notifications based on an on-camera alarm input or in-camera motion detection?

 

I'm installing an LG LNV5100R with a vehicle detector connected to the external alarm input. (The camera is ONVIF compatible.) I'd like to find NVR software with an iPhone app that will give push notifications on an iPhone when the vehicle detector connected to the camera is tripped, if such a thing exists. (Unfortunately, the LG Ipsolute mobile app does not have push notifications.)

 

The Synology and Blue Iris iPhone apps both state that they support iOS push notifications, but it's not clear from the documentation whether an on-camera alarm input or in-camera motion detection will trigger the push notifications.
