Remote Viewing cannot be done w/ MPEG4 anymore.....

....but only w/ QUICKTIME.

 

Possible Reason?Upgraded IE10->IE11 on a Windows 7-PC.

 

In easy words: When i log-in into my AVTECH4CH-DVR via internet i can only watch the stream using QT, but before i used always MPEG4 which was choosable in the dropdown menu of the graphical UI.

 

When i log-in on my PC at home w/ XP and IE8 it is MPEG4 as usual. What can i do to re-obtain the MPEG4 option on my IE11 upgraded Win7-machine ?

 

DVR: 4CH MPEG AVTECH 760 ( VideoViewer-Edition )

As far as I know, it just won't work on IE11. I had an older DVR on my business and I wasn't able to access it any longer when I purchased a new laptop. Decided to replace it with a newer DVR and all is good.
