Difference between effio, DIS and CMOS?

I am new to this forum and I am really int interested in gaining some knowledge on CCD chip boards, can you please tell me something about , benefit of Effio, DIS and CMOS in cctv cameras and exactly what they are?

Make long story short, CCD VS CMOS and DIS/HDIS which all is sensor and similar eyes of human. But it different in semiconductor production and character trsits in optical peferformance.

 

CCD supplier: SONY, SHARP, PANASONIC, SAMSUNG.

 

CMOS supplier: SONY, OV, APTINA...

 

EFFIO series is digital signal processor and most CCD is matched DSP but CMOS is deployed ISP. Both of DSP and ISP all is porcessiong signal then output video and data.
