sohocctv 0 Posted December 27, 2013 Hi, we have an old software/PC DVD that runs under WinXP. The GUI says it is a DiscoverEye system. We have no problem accessing the cameras from our internal network but when we tried to access from the outside the network, we received the login screen. After we punched in the username and pw, it kept saying incorrect. I suspect there is an authentication port that needs to be opened on our firewall but I have no idea what it could be.
