Second, i want you all to know, that i am from Denmark, so my English its not perfect

Here we go.

I Work at a smalle gasstation in Denmark. This gastation got at CCTV system, brand Intellex, i dont know the model, but the owner says year 2006, sow we go whit that.

The problem is, that Me buy accident removed the hardrive/Volume from the database the other day.

It happent inside the Intellex operatingsystem, under the point storage. I was in a hurry, and didten see the warning message, i just said yes

Now the Intellex wont Work. Its is showing video, on the monitor like always, but i cant weiw any saved video on it, i just says no Data found.

I tryed to find the harddrive in the operating system, but its gone???? its like there are no harddrive left.

There are now servicecontract, on the unit so I want to se if i can fix my self, before calling in Pro-help.

Is it possible to restore the lost data, or is it goen for good???

Anyone here got something to help, I will bee most glad.

American Dynamics is the brand. If its a basic intellex or an ultra the fix should be the same. you will have to reset the system back to factory. to restart the sistem you will need a paper clip to press the button on the front. hold the button and unplug it. then plug it back in. let the button up. you should be able to reformat the hard drive after it has restarted. go into control panel and then my devices. select the drive or drives and click reformat. this could take up to an hour. hope it helps. if not visit tyco american dynamics on line there will be more information on there. thanks
